Cool vision - outdoorsy furniture for outdoor weddings and events

Totally disorganized, dishonest and unethical. I think they deliver on 1-2 events per weekend but they must commit to more. Look at the online reviews. WBZ featured them in a news story, as disappointing many brides. Or they cancel at the last minute. Then they don't refund the money. Employees had to wait weeks to get paid. I am not sure they even have workman's compensation or any insurance. They use rental trucks, not their own.

Faleesha (the owner), docs the pay of her workers without telling them, she changes prices without telling her clients, and she witholds W2 forms from her employees. She pays some employees under the table to get out of paying taxes. She uses her rotating door of interns as pawns and expects to pay the same amount to a full time employee with a college degree. She also doesn't believe in heating the office.
