Pros
The benefits are amazing. BU will help with employee tuition costs from day 1 of working full time and will help with family after some time commitment to BU has been met.
Cons
There is some tension between different groups if employees that doesn't necessariliy play out well. This primarily shows itself between groups having different levels of educations necessary for the position held.
