The pay is decent for a graduate program.
Cons
Admins don't care about students, we are just another financial line item for them. They will get rid of you with no second thought (our cohort lost 6 students and the admins did not care). Buildings are old, leaky, too cold in the winter and too hot in the summer, countless facilities/maintence requests have not fixed this, if youre even lucky enough to have a permanent office space. Professors will dump you whenever they please, with little to no actual reasoning -- whatever your side of the story is, you will be ignored and dismissed.
