      Pros

      company has a corporate jet which sometimes makes travel easier, but it's rarely used by anyone but the owner and his family

      Cons

      This is a family owned company and is 100% dysfunctional. Expectations are not communicated, promised are made my ownership and are not kept, specifically in matters relating to salary. The owner berates employees and consistently belittles those who work hard to keep his company going. The company has NO women or ethnic minorities in positions of leadership.

      Pros

      Good People, Challenging Work, Sense of Community, Alignment with Personal Values, Focus on Purpose and Meaning, Outstanding Ethical Standards, and Great Benefits.

      Cons

      Sometimes decision-making can be slow. Need for some better-defined standard operating procedure documentation.

      Pros

      I've really enjoyed working here and am thankful to come to work at a place that is truly making a difference in the lives of individual people, and society in general. I love my coworkers and we really have kind of a fun family atmosphere. The benefits are generous and that's not always the case these days at many workplaces. Work product expectations are high, but that keeps things challenging.

      Cons

      Would like to see a slightly less formal dress code for those who don't call on clients.
