Pros
BLS is an amazing company. From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted by the most friendly and caring people. My co-workers are friendly and helpful and the company truly cares about their employees. There are many fun perks that help break up the monotony that can be associated with the job. I feel that the company values me and the other employees. The flexibility is amazing and makes it very easy to juggle the responsibilities of work and family. The benefits and pay are competitive. Many of the employees have been with the company for years. I enjoy coming to work each day and feel the work I do has a positive impact on our clients and the patients they serve.
Cons
No cons for me, I have read the other reviews and don't agree with many of the comments. The company was purchased last year, but I have not noticed much change at all. They are focusing more on productivity, but if you are a hard worker and dedicated employee, then you will fit right in and be happy. Many of the people who have recently left were not strong performers. Parking can be a struggle at times, but it is free and still closer than if I worked downtown.
