Great boutique management consulting firm which gives seasoned and savvy business consultants a forum for their work without the crazy lifestyle of the large firms. Partners are fully engaged in all aspects of the business. They will roll the sleeves up and worked late hours alongside you.
Cons
Uncertainty of income for associated consultants. Will need to be intentional in sustaining collaborative atmosphere as they grow with so many people not full-time employees.
