Very disappointing - Anonymous employee Boulder Dushanbe Employee Review

Upper management is HORRIBLE. They have no idea what really goes on in the store, and in-store general management is horrible as well. The have managers they keep who have no idea how to do their jobs, then blame us, the staff, when they screw up. This should be obvious by the fact that they go through managers faster than water. NOT a supportive place to work with little to no advancement opportunity.
