Pros

Friendly, highly collaborative coworkers. Clear long-term path and growth angles. Fully remote flexibility is a huge plus, and there is real opportunity to grow professionally if willing to put in the work. Leadership is approachable, ideas are heard, and the company rewards initiative and ownership. Good environment for recruiters who want to hone essential skills: sourcing, relationship building, and outreach. Your own creativity pays off.

Cons

Leadership has high expectations. Can feel demanding at times, and success often depends heavily on personal organization and consistency. They want to see this; however, and provide the tools for you to get it done.

Pros

Working at Boutique Recruiting has been such a positive experience both professionally and personally. The culture is incredibly collaborative and supportive, and management truly invests in helping their team succeed. The processes, training, and technology in place make it much easier to scale your desk and work efficiently, which allows recruiters to focus on building relationships and delivering results. One of the biggest benefits is the flexibility and trust the company gives its employees. I’ve been able to grow a successful career while also being present as a mom, which is something that’s hard to find. The leadership team genuinely cares about their people, encourages growth, and creates an environment where hard work is recognized and supported. It’s a fast-paced, motivating company with great people, strong infrastructure, and a culture that makes you want to stay long term.

Cons

All companies have their pain points at some point in time but I really cant say there are any cons about working here. You get what you put into it.
