Pros
Pay. Flexibility if your manager likes you.
Cons
Obviously greedy. Leadership doesn't care about employees. Many have mental health issues of their own that are only exacerbated by this company. Everyone is overworked and undervalued. High performers are saddled with more work without compensation and no time to actually do the work. Staff getting written up for being sick because the company doesn't provide enough PTO. The CEO has his head in the clouds and no idea the day to day struggles in this company. Since the rebrand everything has gone downhill. More than half of staff I talked to were actively looking for jobs.
While management focuses on small, inconsequential issues, they let bigger things get swept under the rug. Leadership is pushing getting everyone signed up for Medicaid, but not to help them, instead its because the company makes money off every medicaid patient. Its disgusting. Patients are seen as dollar signs and staff are tools that will be discarded at a moment's notice.
Do not work for this company. Do not believe what they say. They will drain you dry and cast you aside no matter how long you've worked for them, or how 'productive' you are.
