Pros
True ownership of a market niche - not recruiting for a bunch of different industries, technologies, and functional roles all at once.. anyone that's worked in an agency environment knows the feeling, hard to become an expert in any one area. 2 hour lunch is legit, I have taken every minute of it for almost 5 years now. Makes dealing with "real life" (oil changes, dr's appointments, etc) during the work week more feasible. You'll be free to travel with the Unlimited PTO - that can also be a Con, which I'll get into below, but if you have the travel bug you'll fit right in. Coworkers support you while you're out, so it doesn't feel like you come back to a mountain of work. The team is a cohesive one - some of the previous reviews were more spite than substance. Interview with Bowman, make your own judgement call - confident that you'll see a clear picture that aligns well with what's advertised in the job descriptions. Benefits are stellar, great healthcare with options for dependents and a 401k w/ company match. I've made more money here than in all my previous jobs combined - and haven't had to sacrifice any weekends/evenings in doing so.
Cons
Unlimited PTO can be a curse in the wrong hands - research shows that people generally take less time off than if they have a specific allotment, and it results in not being paid out unused days if you leave. That being said, I've been all over the world while working here (pre-COVID, at least), and never felt it was being used to stifle people's ability to take time off.
