Pros
Talent aquisition has a good eye for people and talent and you would have had a chance to work with great talent....
Cons
I use the past tense because the company has been in a steep decline, primarily due to Paolo's lack of leadership and business acumen. His poor treatment of people has only accelerated its downfall. As I write this, four out of the five key IT team members have already resigned. What does that tell you? Simply put, Paolo does not appreciate people—period. He hires talented individuals but disregards their opinions. He recruits out-of-state employees, offers them minimal relocation support, and then fires them within a month or two over trivial, non-metric reasons. Taking a vacation? Expect to work anyway. He will even test you—if you don’t respond, you’ll be written up, despite HR advising him against this absurd practice. Stock Grants: What a joke this is. You won't meet anyone who has lasted the 3 years so please remember this is monopoly money which they leverage HIGHLY during onboarding. Who doesn't want 1/4 of a million in stock grants anyway! This has been, without question, the worst place I’ve ever worked. I won’t even touch on the ethical concerns due to my NDA. And while I wouldn’t post this on LinkedIn for obvious reasons, consider this a warning—don’t get caught up in the hype. Run for the hills. If this company is still standing in 2026, I’ll eat my hat.
