      Pros

      Wonderful people, very supportive environment, awesome projects and lots to learn, only been there for 2 monts so not much to say from my personal overview.

      Cons

      Tight schedule sometimes that causes pressure, but I guess that's a common thing in the movie industry when it comes to pick times.
