Pros

Hard to think of any when the management philosophy involves yelling at people in meetings about how they are doing things wrong.

Cons

Working here was a frustrating experience from start to finish. The pay is significantly below industry standards, which might be tolerable if the environment were supportive — but it's not. The organization lacks any real structure, and priorities shift constantly without clear communication or rationale. This leads to wasted time, duplicated efforts, and a general sense of confusion across teams. Leadership seems disengaged and reactive rather than proactive. There's no strategic direction, and decisions are often made on a whim. The work environment itself is tense and uninspiring, with little regard for employee well-being or morale. If you're looking for a place to grow professionally or feel valued, this is not it.

If you learn the business and you want to make a serious contribution, you can. You just need to put yourself out there and commit.

Cons

Teams and departments are considerably siloed. The right hand doesn't often know what the left is doing.
