The vibe in the office is rough, there’s a lot of favoritism, and if you’re not part of the inner circle, you’ll always feel like an outsider. HR won’t back you up either, they’re only there for the company. And if you’re on the men’s side, don’t expect to sell anything exciting. You’ll mostly be stuck pushing old stock that nobody wants, while customers come in asking for the same thing every time: suits.
