Pros

The store design was beautiful and the product line was top tier.

Cons

I was invisible to the sales floor manager unless something went wrong. No feedback, no development, just blame when things fell short. It was mentally draining to give great customer service while being treated like I didn't exist

Some coworkers are decent, and if you're lucky you might hit a decent commission.

If you’re thinking about working here, let me give you the real picture. The people in charge run things by fear, not respect. The sales system looks fair at first, but once you’re in it, you’ll see how lopsided it really is. A few people always seem to get the good deals, while everyone else is left scrambling. The vibe in the office is rough, there’s a lot of favoritism, and if you’re not part of the inner circle, you’ll always feel like an outsider. HR won’t back you up either, they’re only there for the company. And if you’re on the men’s side, don’t expect to sell anything exciting. You’ll mostly be stuck pushing old stock that nobody wants, while customers come in asking for the same thing every time: suits. After a while, it just wears you down and makes you wonder why you’re even there.
