      You really feel like you are part of the family. The higher levels of management truly want you to succeed.

      Cons

      Due to the pandemic we were shut down for a while and it has been hard to find more associates. This is an overall problem and not a con of the company.

      Pros

      We work in beautiful settings on the beach, fun, easy-going atmosphere, friendly, team environment. Great perks & benefits. The Boykins are very nice people with a genuine concern for their employees.

      Cons

      Horrible drive to work. :( Salary is not competetive which is the only reason why they don't get 5 stars.
