Working From Last 3 Year and discovered its a Employee Centric Organization - Social Media Marketing Boznav Employee Review

I have worked at Orpiv Technologies from early 2016 to February 2017. Following are the Pros according to me:- 1. Good work atmosphere and professional work culture 2. Employee Centric Approach of the company. 3. Food is great on office they never compromise with the food. 4. On Saturday we have games like chess and cricket. They do give half day on Saturdays. 5. Good incentive and salary. The incentive package is good. The more we work the.more we earn. 6. Learning :- Every single day we learn new things and that makes our job easy. 7. Growth: I have felt the growth I was promoted to team.leader position and my efforts were appreciated always. 8. Co-workers:- Everyone is helpful, understanding and professional.

Despite positives there are few points which must be changed. 1. Full time HR personnel:- They should have full time HR personnel at the Orpiv Technologies. 2. Picnics must be regular as it makes us feel.relax and makes us feel happy. 3. Orpiv Technologies offers decent leaves however they should increase it by 1-2 4. Cleanliness:- Sometimes floor is not clean usually during winters when it's raining and snow is falling.

My advice to all job seekers please don't join such company as you will be in depression if you joined-Mark my words

1. Totally time Waste 2. Salary is never on time 3. Very strict while working there it was looking like I am again in Middle School 4. Nepotism and Favouritism is there as full focus is given to one specific team and not worring about other teams 5. Poor Facilities like laptops are not working, electricity shortage, Electricity Backup is not there 6. No scope for Promotions 7. No predefined schemes for Leaves 9. One Team Manager is not able to handle teams but still she there don't know how she managed to get on to that position 10. Employees are trated very Bad as if they are late sometines or need leaves etc
