The executive team is incredibly manipulative and if you don’t look the part and act the part, they will terminate you. If you don’t fit their culture (meaning, hide truths to clients), in their most passive aggressive way, they will find a loophole to get you out. Image is the most important trait to them - whether it’s the look of their people or them drowning a luxury community with their overpriced Bozzuto branding.
Witnessing talent who executed get overlooked was incredibly frustrating.
Their message is that you are disposable. The industry of 3rd party management is small, we talk and there are people sharing similar stories with the same nonsense reasoning for termination.
