I honestly can’t think of anything

I don’t know where to start. My gut told me to run . I was hired on in their first remote position . It’s labeled as 100% remote , but after they offered me the job, I was told I had to fly in for training ( first red flag). I get there and it’s completely unorganized. I quickly realized this could’ve been a zoom call /teams meeting. They are technically behind . Their processes are outdated, and as much as they say they are looking for a change, they’re not . I asked them how they got their other candidates , and they said through “word of mouth.” So basically they’re hiring people through nepotism which is illegal. They weren’t even in compliance when it came to texting candidates without consent. Don’t get me started how I witnessed my manager flirting with random construction worker on our way back to the hotel. Then stating that’s how she gets applicants. This job is perfect did you if you don’t have any other responsibilities. I got a call at 6 pm and was asked to catch a flight at 7 am the next day.
