Very friendly atmosphere, management is great and they do a lot for their employees. Everyone feels like a part of the team

It's only been around for a short time. Pay is on the lower end and health benefits are only so-so in the US.

The annual summer event is nice.

The technology doesn't work. Connecting to and writing back to HVAC systems is difficult and we haven't figured out how. This means our clients aren't getting the energy savings they want.
