Fake Reviews - Software Engineer Brainvire Infotech Employee Review

1. First of all all the positive reviews are fake. 2. Hr behaviour is very bad towards employees. Doesn't know how to talk to employees and very poor management. 3. No work life balance .Too much of work pressure. 4.No job security . They can terminate u at any time they want. 5. As .net developer there is too much politics and micromanagement. Team members are not at all supportive. They have too much of ego if someone of higher experience joined as .net developer. So the team will not support you and which will result in ur bad feedback and ultimately termination frm the company. 6.No proper communication between the hr and employees. They will force you to join as soon as possible and after joining they will not pay any attention if employee is facing any problems. 7. Project managers does not know how to speak to employees . He speaks as if he is not handling emp in IT company but like labour he will treat. I will suggest to avoid working in this company as much as possible even if they provide you good package also don't fall into their trap.Once you join the company u will regret that.
