Very bad company - Web Developer Brainwork Technologies Employee Review

Pros for this company does not exist.

- They make you write FAKE REVIEWS when you leave the company. All of the good reviews are forced by founders onto the employees. - BAD TECH STACK - Tech wise company is dreadful, Backend in PHP. Bad architecture. Design patterns not followed. No discussions on what and why of things, concentration is on just completing the work even after knowing what you are doing is wrong. - LATE SALARIES - - NO SENIORS , NO CTO - Founders have never coded in their life. They make STUPID AND DUMB decisions in a field they have no idea about. And you will keep writing simple code without learning any design pattern, architecture, industry standards. - BAD FOUNDERS - they have come to INDIA because of only one reason. he don't know how to talk with employee he use abusing language with employee. he never respect his employee even he is fresher or senior. CHEAP WORKERS. They behave rudely, micromanagement is all over the place. - NO appraisals cycle - You will find yourself stuck in company with no tech knowledge and no appraisals. They will make you wait and you will waist your time just to leave the company in the end without any upraise. -Forgot your personal life because this is not 5 day working company . he is open 24 * 7 hours . specially for Developer. you stay in company at late night regular basis without any benefits (i.e not provide cab , meal etc)

Worked here for 15 months , had an awesome experience and still feel happy to be the part of company in past. The company believes in you by giving the challenges and bringing best out of you. The main Factor is freedom , you are flexible to work as you want , not too much interference of other , which forces you to do even better since you are the master of yourself. The owner is a good man with nature of understanding towards problems of the employee, would say good place to work with.

Regarding projects - when project is arrived sometimes there are too much changes time on time which hampers the stability of product , requirements should be frozen
