Pros
-A lot of benefits: food, snacks and well-stocked fridge, money vouchers on holidays. -Birthdays and holidays were celebrated nicely. -The offices are located at a very accessible location in Tel Aviv.
Cons
-The offices are small. We were more than 40 people and growing, on mere 2 bathroom stalls and tiny kitchenette. -When you first come in, they tell you how friendly and familial the place is, but honestly it's one of the coldest places I've worked at. Lunches were a struggle because no one bothered introducing themselves or talking to me, and the upper management didn't bother introducing any new employees in the company. -There is no connection between the different departments and no one knows what the other does. There is an alienation between the different departments and the upper management don't bother to fix or improve that. -I had two managers. Both did not know how to properly handle other people and did a poor job at seeming like they cared more about me than their ego. Sometimes what they said was borderline offensive, and definitely was not from a place of constructive criticism, I felt like they were on some sort of power trip. -They tell you how successful they are, how the company's growing fast and how well they're doing financially, but then fire a lot of people because they can't afford to keep them and because of poorly made financial decisions. They literally only hired people to fire them later, it was embarrassing. -There is no talking inside the cubicle, and the only communication I had was through the computer. Even with the person next to me. I get that it could be distracting, but most times I felt like a robot or machine, rather than an actual human being meant to deliver fluffy, heart warming content to the world in a toxic environment. All in all it was one of the worst places I've worked at, and do not recommend the experience to anyone looking for a place they'll enjoy coming to every day.
