Pros

They actually onboard you very well and teach you a lot about Procurement; how to get a great understanding about what your candidates are looking for, and when it comes to it, find out what your hiring managers are looking for in a candidate. It cannot be said that they don't put a lot of effort into you. Kin is hands down one of the nicest guys I've met.

Cons

1) They make you write a 5* review on here on day 1 or 2 just after your buzz of joining has started (even though they do say you can write a crap one after you leave) 2) The CEO thinks she's Sir Alex Ferguson trying to get the best out of each person in her own unique way which definitely doesn't work if you see how many have left or been let go. We were threatened to go door knocking on hiring manager's doors if we didn't book enough business development meetings for a few months. 3) I've left recently and half the people that are shown on their LinkedIn profile as employees, definitely don't exist 4) Even though they do put a lot of effort into you, they're very quick to let you go if you make an error with a client rather than try and let you fix it. 5) CEO makes false promises or promises she knows she cannot keep. The amount of times we were meant to have training and it kept being pushed back again and again. Not sure if this is "assertiveness training" or what waiting for us to say something about it... but if it's not going to happen, just let us know. 6) It takes at least 2 months for your promotion to be reflected in your payslip. You get a bottle of something bubbly and a letter saying you'll get it in next month's payslip. The only problem is that you could reach your target in month A, they give you the promotion letter at the beginning of month B saying you'll get your rise at the end of the NEXT month's payslip i.e. Month C 7) I'm not sure if this is just me, but I was made to feel very guilty leaving on time, even if I'd managed to get my stuff done by 6pm and was ready to leave.

Pros

Nothing, this was the worst job I've ever had.

Cons

Terrible management. They don't care about you as a person, just want numbers. They are ruthless and selfish. Terrible work environment. They force you to write positive reviews in front of them, don't fall for it!
