The reduction in workforce in April was an unavoidable outcome of the current difficult economic conditions the world faces.Branch took the decision to tackle this area early unlike many other Companies that have now started making similar adjustments. The decision and selection criteria around this reduction was not taken lightly.
We respect that your experiences at Branch may not have lived up to your expectations. Our aim is always to maintain an environment that promotes a good work life balance in a pleasant working atmosphere. We are constantly looking at our benefits such as PTO ,feedback processes , communication and strategy to ensure they remain aligned with our goals and values.As a company still in its growing stages, we understand this will come with growing pains and lessons .
