We are indeed privileged to be working with some very talented and hardworking colleagues and value their efforts. Our employee wellbeing is a priority to us and we are always striving to find ways of improving this through regularly reviewing our policies on areas such as annual leave and PTO. Apart from these reviews, we are also closely working with Leadership Teams across the Company to ensure that we actively encourage colleagues to use their PTO and use the time to disconnect from the business and rest.
