I felt that I was looked after and that management would have my back. Even though there are hard days and sometimes long hours around events there was an appreciation and acknowledgement of efforts. During the pandemic the CEO put others first above ownership and tried to keep team members on as long as possible. The team likes to have a good time and often met up after work or events. It felt as if I was part of a close knit family. The CEO is self-aware and is vocal of challenges being/leading a small business - an extremely hard worker. Great retention with several employees at 4+ years.

Sometimes long hours and long weekends around events. Gaining trust from management is hard to achieve but rewarded once gained. Working remote was hard once the pandemic - the energy of Brand Assembly really comes alive in person. Hard to keep up with CEO work ethic.

office is a nice environment with dogs and plants if you are into that, shared space with other brands wine on tap set hours access to industry events

cliquey lack of any sort of real structure, having "more processes" is constantly talked about and management attempts to do so by adding more and more tools and apps leading to constant duplicate work not a lot of room for growth run by a ceo who will only ever allow things to be done her way, no promise for a future here ceo jokes about firing employees and talks badly about any employee who leaves the room unprofessional upper management
