Not responsive and inconsistent hours - Merchandiser Brand Influence Group Employee Review

Management is not responsive to requests for more work or technology. Some weeks you can work 2 hours and the next 30 hours. You specify your hours, but tasks often go over, which is inconsiderate for school pickup (an apparent benefit they promote). You're expected to use your own device with no compensation. Spent lots of time on training and admin that is not compensated.
