Very unpredictable hours and little communication from managers - Merchandiser Brand Influence Group Employee Review

Little communication from manager or training given. It is very difficult to arrange a time to complete a group job. Often the meeting time is only decided the night before a job is to be completed because the other group members are uncooperative. So it is very difficult to plan your time around work as you never know when you will start. Also, the estimated time to complete a task is ALWAYS underestimated. Often a 2hr task will take 5+ hours to complete.
