Pros

Clocking out at the end of every day

Cons

Too many to mention but overall the company is run by an egotistical maniac intent on making sure everyone knows who is boss however sadly he has very little actual talent in terms of what is required to run a successful business without the aid of striking the fear of god into your hardworking employees. Managers are suck ups to previously mentioned egotistical maniac who owns the company and throw lower down employees under the bus as if they were at a bowling alley. Overall atmosphere is terrible, the place is anxiety inducing due to multiple threatening emails sent by managers/egotistical maniac. In terms of product produced, this is rarely of a decent quality due to how many corners they want to cut in the sake of profit versus quality/safety etc.

None. The place is a shambles.

Cons

Possibly the worst work experience of my career. The owner is mental. His management team are fools. Horrible place. Dont do it.

Pros

Got to work with some friendly and talented junior staff.

Cons

My experience at Brand Machine Group, particularly within the womenswear team, was unfortunately disappointing. From the outset, there was little to no structured onboarding or training, and the team was made up entirely of new hires with no experienced leadership to guide us. This created confusion, chaos and a lack of direction from day one. Management appeared unprepared for the role, they were often unable to answer basic questions and deflected responsibility/ their frustration onto junior staff when things went wrong. This led to a stressful working environment where junior employees took the brunt of poor management decisions.
