- Toxic culture. - Low Salaries. - Micromanaging. - Undermining & disrespectful behaviour from managers. - Bad Communication and little to no organisation. - Expected to work beyond the working hours, and told that no one should be leaving on time. - Not enough staff for the amount of work expected. - Unachievable deadlines set by managers & directors - No benefits, even though promised them when offered the job. - no work/life balance - No responsibility taken by management for bad decision making. It’s always someone else’s fault. - Management taking ideas from employees and passing them off as their own. - Expected to do multiple jobs at once, rather than the company employing the necessary people to do the job.
