I have had the best experience I could possibly imagine as I've worked hard to find the right role that combined my passion for marketing with my same passion for communicating with people all over the world. What my clients get from the company matches my enthusiasm for the company and how they support me with tools that really really do help my clients. My pay continues to increase just by connecting with 9/10 clients who value me and the service. The pay and benefits are great. The office is in a perfect location, in a very modern building next to Nike that just has a great feel and extras. My boss supports. Coworkers are great. No drama. I am valued here and it's shown.
Cons
The office building is very modern and nice as I said. The strange part is that many of the offices inside are undergoing construction of some type nearly the entire time I've been here. Crazy, but construction noise can distract at times. There have been 'some' wifi outages that disrupt, like a call dropped, or losing access to crm and tech needed on a consultation.
