Pros
Career progression was swift with the right managers to put people forward if they so wish. Great communication through to Area Managers, allowed for autonomous working and had trust in team to complete tasks and expectations to the best of our abilities. Training nights when first hired were fun and interactive, informative. Incentives for managers and 2IC for bonuses.
Cons
Expectations for KPI's and weekly taking was unrealistic sometimes and advice on how to improve it was uninspired, monotonous, and at worst, deaf to the reality of how consumers were spending their money - constantly pressuring and forcing script which only drove customers away as it lacked the opportunity for individuality or real customer rapport.
