Pay is a little lower compared to other workers in similar fields BUT the benefits such as unlimited time off, healthcare, and the constant fun parties we have makes up for it.

I made good money in the beginning before they changed the system. It is a great cause and a joy to work for a company that is raising so much money for charity.

Communication was not good. I would go a long time without hearing back from them. They were not good about getting pay checks out.
