Cons
Zero cooperation from Bravens HR or recruiting team. They just place you with the clients project and forget about you, even though you are working on their w2 they will never communicate with you. Only communication is for your timesheets because they get commission. When you try to call them and explain that you are facing issues with the clients team, no one responds or tries to help you .suggestion to people who are getting placed through bravens:- Make sure you are checking with your work hours and overtime payments. They make big promises when they are submitting your profile and once you are placed they will not care about you except for the commission they are getting on behalf of you.
