The manager was great and kind.

The tech onboarding process wasn't very smooth.

Only cab facility is good here , they provide the lunch but it taest really bad , downgraded the medical facility, it you take sick off they will start asking why did you take sick off

Too much of biasness and Lots of politics here, Manager only listens to senior devs and that too who are working here from last 5+ years, if you are working on any defect and found any solution then first you have to convince every senior verbally . which is worst working style it feels you are unseen and not adding any value here , every single manager here favours for there favourite female employee only This is a worst place to work not good place to work Old tech stack, if you join this company your career and growth will get stuck for years like others the every single dev wants to leave this company but they are stuck here like more than 6 years, do not fall in trap of product based company, its worst then service based company hike are only 4-5% , too much constraints for time log , they will Chase you every day to fill your timesheet and that too hours wise like how much time did you spent on a task If you got any other offer in hand then do not join this company
