Pros
Good medical insurance and free parking. They encourage employees have gym memberships and to have a healthy lifestyle. When I worked there they had bonuses for not smoking.
Cons
One of the most miserable places it work. Because they have such a high turnover..... They do case dumping, and then when something goes wrong it's your fault even though you just got the case two days before. Supervisors don't work hard, and set in their office and read books, and have high absenteeism. The supervisors have their doors shut 90% of the time and really don't want employees asking them questions. Very poorly written and inaccurate process documentation. I read some reviews here and rebuttals from BraytonPurcell's personnel department saying "sorry it wasn't a good fit for you" well there's something wrong with that statement. They have to go through about 200 employees to find one person that's what they or the employee consider a 'good fit'..... Now that's messed up. It's a culture of misery. I've never seen so many unhappy people. Hard to go to the gym when you're so stressed out and work so many hours.
