Its public service the oay is okay benefits vacation retirement they aren't the top and arent the bottom of any of those categories. What is great about the job is serving our community having the benefit of making our County better and seeing government work..
Cons
Retirement benefits could be better vacation could accrue faster and work at home could be utilized to better serve the employees.
