Open and Mature Culture: Despite the nature of the industry, the workplace culture is surprisingly professional, respectful, and diverse. People treat the product as just another tech domain. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary, good bonuses, and a strong health package. Also includes some rather unique perks, but HR maintains clear boundaries. Creative Freedom: Engineers have the autonomy to propose architectural changes and improve internal tooling. Hackathons and tech talks were frequent and encouraged. Work-Life Balance: Reasonable hours. Deadlines are strict but not unrealistic. Management respects personal time.
Cons
