Heavy Workload, Management Aims to Burnout - Field Sales Manager Breakthru Beverage Group Employee Review

Management is never in the field to understand challenges/innovation needed to improve route to market in sales roles causing major frustration to sales force. They continue to remove perks/benefits and add territory and responsabilities to all roles to "save" on their own costs. Clearly they do not care about their employees.
