everything else, stagnant pay, no promotion from within, all outside hires, no raises, lack of transparency surrounding skill matrix, HR department has hired and fired or lost 6 head of HR's in the last two years, fired vice president

Pros

Work life balance is great, hybrid and WFH schedules are available in some departments, not a lot of micromanaging, employees are nice and happy for the most part. There are opportunities for advancement if you are a good worker and advocate for yourself. Communication is key!

Sometimes there are heavy workloads with the wearing of many hats
