Pros
This company offers excellent benefits. I am a fan of HSA accounts and enjoyed the employer contribution. The 401K match is the best I have seen. The hours were good and there was flexibility if needed for doctor appointments, etc. Company valued its employees.
Cons
The office in which I worked was incredibly small. The CSRs were practically on top of each other. There were also some very strong personalities in that office which made the small space very uncomfortable at times.
