Pros
Great people to work with, most people were nice. I learnt a lot but that's about it.
Cons
Micro managing and rude manager she was a nasty piece of work. Not enough people to handle the work load on the service desk, you will be doing the work of 2-3 people consistently. Reports are not actioned by upper management. Management initially wouldn't allow the service desk to work from home during COVID which wasn't safe. Worked through the entirety of COVID whilst a lot of the company was furloughed, our reward a (2%) wage rise for all our hard work to get the systems in place to allow everyone to work remotely in a short time period, whilst the company was making record profits. No bonuses that I can recall of and no progression opportunities.
