Pros

One positive aspect was the supportive and friendly nature of the staff, who made day-to-day work more pleasant.

Cons

The management culture was a challenge. There was significant micromanagement, which stifled creativity and autonomy. Feedback or differing opinions were often dismissed, as management seemed to believe they always knew best. Additionally, there was a noticeable atmosphere of fear, with many staff members hesitant to speak up or even express themselves freely.

Pros

They don’t let people go even when they’re incompetent.

Cons

The culture and benefits they offer are severely outdated and not up to par with modern standards. Additionally, there is a clear class distinction between office staff and shop floor staff, with the latter being treated unfairly and as if they are of lesser importance. The company's benefits are minimal, offering only 10 days, as others are being taken during company shut-downs. They do not provide sick pay, and if you are unable to work due to illness, they will withhold your bonus for three months, leaving you with a significant financial setback. The terms of employment are also constantly changing, leaving employees uncertain about their schedules and earnings. One month, you may be scheduled for a full week with the option for overtime, only to be reduced to four days per week the following month, with no overtime or bonus pay. Any pay raises only contribute towards your bonus, not your base rate.
