Company is very supportive to employees and help them is every possible ways to excel in career. I quite this firm in 2006 but when I asked for help from its HR after 7 years I got prompt response. I can surely say that very few firms are keen to help ex-employees.
Apart from this I had very good experience with this firm while I was working. They welcome new ideas and provide opportunities to employees as per their potential regardless of years of experience. I joined this firm when I had 2 years of experience but still got opportunity to take part in design and got work to my appetite.
Cons
I found Middle management less technical and more people management oriented which I believe is not ideal for any techie dev.

- Latest technologies
- HR tries to engage employees with activities every now and then.
- People are approachable
Cons
- Tech Managers and leads use very unprofessional language with their subordinates. No professionalism. (This demotivates not only the recipient but also the peers and team )
- If you have resigned, that means you have done a sin and will treat you as a criminal.
- No focus on comm skills
- WBL and Squeezed estimates (I am delibrately mentioning this as last point because I am a believer that in conducive and encouraging environment this is still acceptable)
