Pros

Job security and stable work environment. Clear processes, strong organizational framework and structured workflows. Supportive team culture in certain departments. Strong Employee recognition and appreciation. Better Leave Policies

Cons

Clock‑watching culture, with more focus on presence than performance. Emphasis on quantity of services delivered rather than quality outcomes. False narrative around ISO certification, which prioritizes compliance over efficiency and hampers automation initiatives. KRAs designed in a way that inflates ratings but are difficult to measure objectively. Internal Team transfers often occur without considering employees past experience or skillsets, leading to misalignment
