Pros
My time at Bridge Academy was super. I worked there for three years. Felt really supported by managers and my development was prioritised. The culture started to change as I left but was a great time in my career
Cons
Career progression within the school can be unfair. You either get on with SLT and get promotions or your out of favour. You can apply for several promotions but decisions seem to be made before the interview even happens
