Pros
Leadership is hyper focused on cultivating a flexible and positive work experience. They are committed to ensuring you gain the knowledge and confidence in the various projects that intrigue your interest. The compensation and benefits are above average, vacation is fair, and the work-life balance is excellent.
Cons
As Bridgepoint continues to grow and gain increased national recognition, there are a few growing pains (such as changes in organizational and hierarchical structure) that aren't necessarily permeated to the individual employee, but are still present, nonetheless. Additionally, there are no sick or mental health days for financial consultants (i.e. not in managerial leadership), which I believe should be implemented to avoid having to use a vacation day.
