Pros

-*disclosure- you will see all the high reviews lately as they asked staff to write good reviews for a giftcard* Office management is dysfunctional and likes to gossip. There is no support for the staff and managers in the homes. They had their license revoked for a reason, and now the company acquiring them is even worse. They may pay higher than other companies since they take clients that like to have high behaviors and have no where to go, but you won’t be happy.

Cons

-owners are all college buddies who haven’t worked in this field before opening a company - you will continually get more and more work added to your plate no matter the position - no consequences for actions- all they want to do is coach you and you can get away with anything.

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. As for the gift cards, we are working on a strategy to receive more reviews so that we can better understand where we can improve and where people are satisfied. However, we are not requesting solely positive reviews, we are requesting all kinds of feedback. Also, these situations in the house that you are talking about are something that we care deeply about because we want everyone to feel supported in their role. So if you are willing, please reach out to us privately at info@bridgesmn.com so that we can address your specific concerns. Thank you again for taking the time to leave us a review.

Pros

As a trainer, I was given the information, but freedom as to how I approached teaching information. Even though the classes were long, many students commented that they learned so much and that I made it fun to learn.

Cons

The company no longer exists. The company that bought Bridges MN, is structured very differently. The new company does not have part-time trainers.

Pros

The starting salary of $20 per hour was quite impressive, particularly because they provide a 1:1 client. Usually, other companies offer a base pay of $15 per hour.

Cons

The reasons behind the job's closure and its transition to Dungarvin were quite dubious. It was later discovered that they were involved in fraudulent activities, which led to their shutdown.
