Pros
Improved level of automotive industrial environment is an essential condition for me. Working as a mechanical engineer after 3 years of Master degree gives a lot of experience through the fields of designing, supplying supporting of the production.
Cons
Tyre industry is quite a fine way for an engineer, but the science behind the material needs further discoveries. Unfortunately it is hard to find a company with my expectations.
